Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs; coordinate resources and certifications.
• Own process centerline compliance and lead new initiative qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Develop SOPs, maintenance procedures, and Q-Factor audits for continuous improvement.
• Manage changeover strategies and provide engineering feedback to design teams.
