As an engineering student, you will conduct time studies, develop standardized work, and participate in Kaizen events to reduce waste and boost productivity while building project leadership skills and practical knowledge

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (preferred focus on process or industrial engineering).
• 70% of the time will be spent on the plant floor, with additional time allocated to computer-based work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies for assembly lines and other manufacturing processes.
• Develop standardized work procedures for assembly lines.
• Identify waste within manufacturing processes and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
• Actively participate in structured Kaizen events.
