Job summary

faurecia S.A. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern for its manufacturing facility in Madison, Wisconsin. The intern will support the Plant Improvement Plan and provide training to plant teams to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.8. Key responsibilities include assisting in cost management and implementing improvement tools, making this an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Proficient level in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with plant on FES deployment plan.
• Provide FES knowledge and skills to the plant team.
• Contribute to the Plant MOD cost budget construction & achievement.

Skills

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Education
