The role involves supporting the Plant Improvement Plan through FES deployment, training the plant team, managing cost budgets, and implementing improvement tools for operational efficiency. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, have experience in an industrial setting, and possess knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in automotive.
Proficient level in English.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Follow up with plant on FES deployment plan to support Plant Improvement Plan.
Provide FES knowledge and skills to plant team through training and coaching.
Contribute to Plant MOD cost budget and efficient MOD cost management.
Ensure accurate data management methodology for direct labor cost.
Support implementation of FES improvement tools for production reliability.
