Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a senior Lean Deployment professional to lead and optimize large-scale, multi-step batch processes with a focus on value-added improvements.

You will analyze processes, model opportunities, and guide cross-site teams to sustain gains while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with global support teams, champion the lean operating system, and develop others through hands-on coaching and structured change management.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related technical field, with 6+ years of experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • 5+ years' experience deploying and coaching lean in manufacturing/industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Understand strategic context and analyze systems to identify opportunities aligned with strategy.
  • Create or enhance models to provide insights.
  • Ensure outcomes are visible, measurable and sustained.
  • Collaborate with global, regional and OpU groups to share best practices.
  • Develop others through leading Lean implementations.
  • Enhance pull systems and replace push with flow.
