Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Lean/IE/CI in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, standardized work, 5S, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; strong cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping workshops.
• Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Develop standardized work and visual management systems; coach teams.
• Analyze processes to improve throughput, yield, and OEE; support capacity models.
