Job summary

Employvision Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Jonesboro, AR to support production with strong mechanical and electrical expertise. You will apply lean manufacturing principles, interpret drawings, and lead improvement projects.

Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD and project management skills are essential. The role requires 1–4 years of relevant experience, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required.
• (preferred) degree in Engineering or technical discipline.
• 1–4 years as a manufacturing engineer or similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and high-level technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Solid foundation in SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, schematic diagrams, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Advanced skills in mathematics and statistics.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.
