Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a manufacturing engineer to drive engineering and manufacturing processes that deliver high-quality products safely, on time and at a competitive cost, while applying Lean principles.

You will lead continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, analyze data to identify root causes, coach the production team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement sustainable solutions that raise efficiency, quality and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered safely, on time, and at a competitive cost.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and implementing process enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and productivity with cross-functional collaboration.
• Use data analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching employees and increasing engagement across production teams.
