Job summary

Module X Solutions LLC is seeking a Lean Manager for its Shreveport, LA operations. This on-site role drives lean strategy, efficiency, and future factory planning to enable significant growth and product-line expansion.

The leader must engage the workforce, maintain safety standards, and partner with Operations and Engineering leadership to scale capacity while preserving culture. The role demands hands-on floor presence, strong communication, and a track record of scaling teams and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations fields.
• 10–15 years of manufacturing operations experience with 5 years in management.
• Experience in heavy industrial / large-format assembly environments.
• Proven ability to embed lean tools and safety systems.
• Experience leading 100–300+ person plant teams.
• Relocation to Shreveport required; ability to be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy execution for Operations including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Lead lean deployment, value stream mapping, and throughput improvements.
• Develop and implement floor systems: visual management, daily metrics, standard work.
• Scale operations to double output and expand workforce.
• Partner with Engineering and Leadership to plan long-term growth.
• Mentor teams and build a culture of accountability and safety.
