Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Manager II to accelerate lean transformation across sites. You will coach focus sites, manage Kaizen calendars, lead workshops, and drive future-state value streams with cross-functional teams.
This role partners with Group/Division leadership to deliver measurable business improvements and develop local talent for leadership roles. Travel up to 50% is expected as you support multiple locations and collaborate globally.
The Lean Manager II is responsible for supporting sites of impact in accelerating their lean transformation efforts. This position involves collaborating with local teams to implement lean methodologies and teaching lean concepts through practical, hands-on application, ensuring that team members understand and can effectively execute lean principles in their daily activities.
The Lean Manager II will be relied upon to assist local teams in executing the future state vision developed by Group and Division leadership to drive quantifiable improvement in business performance at the locations they support.
This position reports to the Corporate Vice President, Lean Enterprise & Quality.
