The Flight Deck Lean Leader plays an integral role in executing the Company’s priorities and lean transformation. The Flight Deck Leader is a project manager, liaison, lean technician, and lean coach for executing the company’s highest priorities. This position requires a toolbox focused on project management, lean, and facilitation skills to develop a culture of action and continuous improvement. Flight Deck refers to our Lean process for GE Aerospace and ERAC.

This role can be in-office or remote, US only.
The position offers a salary range of $113,200 to $151,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits including health, retirement, tuition assistance, and more.
