Job summary

Goodman Manufacturing is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to study existing processes, drive Lean/Kaizen improvements, and educate teams across Assembly, Fabrication, and Materials. You will lead workshops, coach owners, and help deliver KPIs and KAIs with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires a strong foundation in manufacturing operations, data analysis, and the ability to plan and execute projects with limited direction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational training required or strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing or continuous improvement role.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen methods and tools.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CAD knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate employees on Continuous Improvement/Kaizen principles.
• Lead and execute projects to improve production KPIs and KAIs.
• Support Assembly, Fabrication, and Materials operations.
• Coach process owners in lean tools and problem-solving.
• Analyze processes and data to identify efficiency gains.
• Coordinate with supervisors for resources and project approvals.
