Job summary

CelLink Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize high-throughput roll-to-roll manufacturing. The role focuses on Lean manufacturing, capacity planning, WIP control, and data-driven improvements.

You will spend significant time on the factory floor to validate data and implement sustainable changes across operations, process, controls, and facilities. The engineer will lead bottleneck reduction, line balancing, and takt-time analysis, while partnering with multiple teams to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical engineering field.
• 3+ years in high-volume or automated manufacturing.
• Experience with roll-to-roll/ web handling systems preferred.
• Proficiency with time studies, work measurement, process mapping, capacity modeling, simulation tools, and CAD/layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-volume roll-to-roll manufacturing systems using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Lead value stream mapping and plant layout optimization for ramp and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and use SPC/PDCA to reduce variation and waste.
• Develop capacity models, labor standards, and production dashboards to monitor performance.
• Support NPI and ramp activities to ensure manufacturability and scalable production.
