Job summary

CelLink Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize high-throughput roll-to-roll manufacturing operations. The role focuses on Lean/continuous-improvement, capacity planning, WIP and material flow, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Process, Equipment, Quality, and Supply Chain.

The engineer will spend meaningful time on the manufacturing floor validating data, modeling capacity, and implementing scalable improvements to throughput, lead time, and labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with roll-to-roll, flexible conveyance systems in a production environment.
• Proficiency in time studies, work measurement, process mapping, capacity modeling, simulation tools (e.g., Arena, FlexSim), and CAD/layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize high-volume roll-to-roll manufacturing systems using Lean, Six Sigma, simulation, and data-driven methods.
• Lead current- and future-state value stream mapping and plant layouts to support ramp, expansion, safety, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Controls, Equipment, Process Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to implement automation and improvements that reduce variation, waste, and handling losses.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply root cause analysis, SPC, A3/PDCA for data-driven improvements.
• Develop capacity models and labor standards; establish workload balance and utilization targets.
• Create PFMEAs, control plans, standard work, and visual aids to support production consistency.
