Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years lean engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong lean principles and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to eliminate non-value activities in production.
• Assess feasibility and cost effectiveness for projects.
• Analyze workforce utilization and facility layout for efficiency.
• Implement new methods to reduce costs and improve labor/materials utilization.
• Travel up to 50% in North Central Kansas.
• Adhere to Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations.
