Qualifications

- Experience with lithium-ion battery manufacturing or inverter assembly.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve current manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement workflow improvements.
- Develop Bills of Materials and routings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct time and motion studies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
