Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Continuous Improvement Support Analyst to partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Maintenance and Quality to drive Lean initiatives. You will help update floor layouts, support Kaizen events, collect data, and standardize processes to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

Applicants should have an Associate degree or equivalent; a Bachelor's in Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Engineering preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma proficiency and strong analytical skills are expected.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing floor layout updates and line configuration changes.
• Assist Kaizen events, data collection, and standardization efforts.
• Learn and apply Lean Six Sigma tools under guidance from senior staff.
• Develop and modify manufacturing floor layouts using AutoCAD; analyze flow.
• Create and implement standard work, work instructions, and visual controls.
