STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an Engineering Technician (Flex) to join the team. This role uses technical knowledge, problem solving, and mechanical aptitude to assist engineers with process and tooling development, data collection and analysis, and record keeping.

Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing with improvement initiatives, implementing engineering changes, and providing direct technical support to internal customers and stakeholders across the plant.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem solving and mechanical aptitude
• Experience supporting engineers with tooling and process development
• Ability to collect and analyze data for process improvements

Responsibilities
