Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and their practical application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience retrieving and analyzing data from relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify waste and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methods.
• Analyze processes and document standardized best practices across the plant.
• Plan, facilitate SMED and Kaizen events, 5S, and related workshops to standardize production processes.
• Support plant capacity and throughput analysis with time studies and observations.
• Manage improvement projects using structured problem-solving methods.
• Assist production teams with process flow issues and equipment improvements.
