Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and influencing across functions and levels.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement using ITM (Lean) fundamentals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build a strong improvement mindset.
• Facilitate Kaizen events using visual management and value stream mapping.
