Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with various manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, electronics fabrication).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy the global ITM strategy to drive operational excellence.
• Manage CI performance frameworks aligned with financial and operational KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ITM experts.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations.
