My CNH Reman is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager in Springfield MO to lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery, utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools to mitigate plant losses.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. A robust benefit package including competitive pay and health insurance is offered.
