Job summary

AstenJohnson in Clinton, South Carolina is seeking a Continuous Improvement Team Leader to drive plant performance, develop people, and lead the Lean/CI program across manufacturing operations.

You will partner with Manufacturing and HR, use data to cut waste and variation, supervise the CI team, ensure ISO quality processes, and contribute to safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Engineering or related engineering field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement Team and drive accountability.
• Own the site's Lean/CI program with project cadence and sustained improvement.
• Use data to identify waste, variation and corrective actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing to improve product quality, repeatability and efficiency.
• Support ISO Quality System and capital planning; participate in Operations Business Team.
