Job summary

Oetiker Group in the United States seeks an OPS Manager to lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, driving efficiency and performance. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee internal projects, providing technical leadership to process facilitators as implementation unfolds.

You'll promote Kaizen, conduct audits with process owners, and ensure adherence to OPS standards while coaching teams on cross-shift operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in lean/continuous improvement at a high-volume manufacturing organization.
• 3-5 years’ experience leading change management projects.
• Auditing experience.
• Green belt in lean concepts or similar certification.
• Outstanding presentation and moderation skills.
• Good working knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OPS activities across the company.
• Initiate OPS workshops and training sessions.
• Plan and carry out OPS workshops and training sessions.
• Support OPS process facilitators across all shifts.
• Organizes OPS communication.
• Internal OPS marketing using a variety of sources (e.g. continuous improvement videos).
• Ensure compliance with OPS roadmap.
• Develop and adhere to OPS standards.
• Plan and carry out OPS audits.
• Monthly discussion and reporting on OPS activities.
