Job summary

Magna Seating is seeking a results-driven professional to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across the production floor in Moore, OK. You will coach teams, run Kaizen events, and apply data-driven methods to improve quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities include deploying the Magna Production System, leading cross-functional projects, and sustaining standard work with metrics and training. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or related roles.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives, deploy MPS and continuous improvement practices across functions.
• Coach teams, run Kaizen events, and implement corrective actions from root cause analysis.
• Maintain standard work, time studies, and value stream mapping to reduce waste.
• Prepare metrics, present findings to management, and sustain safety and quality goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and HR on improvements.
