Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives that enhance logistics and distribution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and coach operations leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making.

This role includes managing projects focused on operational efficiency and expanding our 3PL business vertical. Ideal candidates will have experience in process design, data analysis, and lean manufacturing methods.

A comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or delivery operations environment.
• Minimum of a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Drive process improvement initiatives around logistics and distribution.
• Support the launch of new projects in West Coast fulfillment operations.
• Analyze data and apply lean principles to identify improvement opportunities.
