You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and over three years of hands-on experience in a lean manufacturing environment. The role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on productivity improvements, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to deliver measurable productivity and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote local Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and execute the site-level lean strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet goals.
