TE Wire & Cable LLC located in Saddle Brook, NJ, seeks a Continuous Improvement Associate / Lean Champion to lead and administer continuous improvement efforts. The role involves tracking KPI results, supporting lean initiatives, and collaborating with production staff to meet customer demand.

You will participate in safety and training efforts, coach teams, and help implement lean processes while maintaining strong data analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is a plus.
• Strong hands-on mechanical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking are essential.
• Must be self-starting and detail-oriented in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Primarily day shift; may work off shifts with notice.

Aufgaben

• Manges and finds Continuous Improvement opportunities to facilitate quarterly Kaizen events; manages training, implementation and tracking of KPIs and Lean events.
• Assist with implementing improvements with production staff to meet customer demand.
• Conduct weekly crossover meetings; communicate weekly messages across shifts; promote change.
• Monitor benchmarks related to lean manufacturing.
• Train and educate employees in lean manufacturing; LEAN onboarding with new hires.
• Assist Managers to ensure lean processes are followed.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and ad-hoc assignments.
• Support Safety Committee and KPA administration with reporting and data analytics.
