Red Rhino Leak Detection Inc in West Palm Beach is seeking a Leak Service Manager who will lead a team, manage job assignments, inventory, and coordinate field operations to seal leaks efficiently while upholding safety standards.

You will drive revenue plans, monitor KPIs, conduct regular site visits and team huddles, and even step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, all while delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving under pressure.

Are you a pool expert with a knack for leadership? As the LeakService Manager, you'lltake charge of keeping things flowing smoothly, literally! If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and manage a team of RHINOS while tackling leaks and exceeding expectations, this role is for you.

Pay and Perks:

• Compensation: $75K-90K a year

• From job assignments to inventory management, you’ll ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule. You're even step up as the acting Branch Manager when needed!
• Oversee the quality of work, maintain safety standards, and make sure every leak is sealed. Regular check-ins, job site visits, and team huddles will be key tools in your toolkit.
