Job summary

Red Rhino Leak Detection Inc in West Palm Beach is seeking a Leak Service Manager who will lead a team, manage job assignments, inventory, and coordinate field operations to seal leaks efficiently while upholding safety standards.

You will drive revenue plans, monitor KPIs, conduct regular site visits and team huddles, and even step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, all while delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required.
• Strong leadership skills and a background in leak detection.
• Stellar communication and customer service chops.
• A love for problem-solving and keeping things efficient.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our culture by modeling humility, accountability, and servant leadership.
• From job assignments to inventory management, you’ll ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule.
• Oversee the quality of work, maintain safety standards, and make sure every leak is sealed.
• Develop plans to hit revenue targets and ensure the team’s KPIs are on point, including closing repair sales, maintaining low go-backs, and achieving production benchmarks.
