Job summary

Conejo Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Leak Detection Plumber to join our Plumbing Department in Thousand Oaks. You will diagnose leaks, recommend repairs, and provide accurate estimates while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include locating leaks in slabs, walls, and ceilings, using acoustic and thermal imaging tools, inspecting systems, and documenting work in ServiceTitan. Valid CA driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential service.
• Experience with leak detection and plumbing diagnostics.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping materials, and repair methods.
• Ability to operate electronic leak detection equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Locate and diagnose slab leaks, underground leaks, and concealed leaks in walls and ceilings.
• Utilize specialized leak detection equipment, including acoustic listening devices, thermal imaging cameras, and pressure testing tools.
• Inspect residential and light commercial plumbing systems to identify leaks and potential issues.
• Recommend appropriate plumbing repairs and provide accurate estimates.
• Perform plumbing repairs as assigned and within qualifications.
• Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers.
• Document inspections, photographs, and completed work in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
