Job summary

Gunderson Marine & Iron is seeking a working lead to support daily production, guide a team, and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing. You will perform hands-on work while directing others and communicating with supervisors to meet production goals.

The role requires knowledge of bridge code, weld testing ability, and the capacity to read measurements, follow instructions, and work well in a team. Prior mentoring experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AWS D1.5 bridge code.
• Ability to pass 3G/4G FCAW weld test.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers/trainers.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $31 – $39 per hour.
