Job summary

Abbott seeks a Regional Leadless Specialist to support adoption of leadless CRM devices within the South Atlantic Territory (preferred base: Miami, Orlando, Tampa). This field-based role provides clinical, educational and sales support to physicians, nurses and hospital teams to drive procedural success and market expansion.

Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in medical devices (CRM preferred), with strong communication, collaboration and data-analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in clinical medical devices; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze complex devices and environments.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, nurses and health care teams on leadless pacing indications.
• Provide procedural support and best practices to ensure outcomes.
• Assist in education and training for Abbott personnel.
• Stay current with clinical data on leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs to expand market access and therapy adoption.
• Provide market feedback for therapy training and product improvements.
• Liaise with marketing on product feedback and improvements.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Plan and organize work, monitor progress and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to Abbott policies and practices.
