Job summary

Inceptive is seeking a Senior scientific leader in high-throughput and translational biology to drive scalable in vitro, cellular, and in vivo assay development for AI-designed therapeutics. You will lead assay development, define lab strategy, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of over 10 scientists at the Palo Alto lab.
