Job summary

Iowa 80 Truckstop INC offers a one-year structured training program designed to accelerate your career across multiple locations, including fuel, store, and service operations.

You will learn departmental programs, work with long-term staff, and develop leadership skills while serving customers in a hands-on environment. Eligible for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Open availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion after program.

Responsibilities

• Complete one-year structured training across Iowa 80 locations.
• Learn operations at Fuel Center, Main Store, Service Center, and more.
• Develop specialist knowledge in departmental programs and systems.
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers and employees.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities

• One year of structured training at Iowa 80 - home of the World's Largest Truckstop.
• Visit our other Truckstop locations (Kenly, NC, and Joplin, MO)
• 24/7/365 operation - You'll spend time on each shift learning alongside our long-term staff at the Fuel Center, Main Store, Service Center, Truckomat, Maintenance/Housekeeping, Museum, Iowa80.com, Headquarters, and Special Projects.
• Go above and beyond for our customers and employees.
• Become a specialist in each department's programs, procedures, and systems.
• Be the best that you can ask a lot of questions!
• Be open to adapting to different environments that have diverse groups of employees.
• Show a strong initiative.
• Iowa 80 encourages our employees' input - observe and communicate effective ways of conducting business so we can be innovative, efficient, and better.
