Job summary

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You will rotate through departments to learn leadership, engage in outside sales, and provide excellent customer service while analyzing sales data.

You will have opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company, with a focus on leadership across Sales, Production/Warehouse, and Office Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within six months or in progress.
• Active driver's license.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Business-related major preferred.
• Leadership/management role on campus or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
