Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a retail operation or experience within Parker’s.
• Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Successful completion of ServSafe Certification required.
• Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent standards for customer service, merchandising, operational safety, and security are met during each shift.
• Accountable for following systems and procedures to control supplies and expenses.
• Work with Kitchen Manager to ensure company expectations are met within the deli department.
• Lead by example with excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards.
