Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or leadership is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to motivate and influence team performance positively.
• Fitness industry or club management experience is a plus.
• Commitment to achieving performance goals and supporting team success.
