Primrose School of Sioux Falls at Heather Ridge is seeking an Education Coach to support early childhood teachers and promote growth across all classrooms. You will mentor staff, help implement our Balanced Learning curriculum, and contribute to onboarding experiences for new teachers.

The role emphasizes hands-on classroom support, collaborative leadership, and maintaining high standards of health and safety while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred)
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Prior experience in early childhood education or classroom teaching preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentorship skills
• Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with teachers and staff
• Comfortable providing hands‑on classroom support and constructive feedback
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
• Meets state licensing requirements for child care staff (background check, health screening, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure implementation of the Balanced Learning curriculum

Salary Range: $18–$21 per hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Schedule may vary
