The role requires coordinating SGA, snack bar operations, health compliance, and budgeting for the student welfare fund, along with leadership training, voting coordination, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and one year related experience.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Excellent written, verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student government association (SGA) and meetings.
• Supervise student union snack bar operators and operation.
• Ensure health regulations and safety compliance for snack bar.
• Coordinate SGA functions and welfare fund administration.
• Plan bi-weekly business meetings.
• Chaperone student government functions.
• Coordinate voting activities.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Conduct training and leadership development.
• Transport students to events.
• Provide quality customer service to students and staff.
• Complete required training.
• Support employability programs and Zero Tolerance Policy.
• Promote Career Success Standards.
