Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee in Ohio for a full-time, entry-level leadership track. You will receive hands-on training across all store operations with a path to management within 6–12 months, depending on performance and openings.

Relocation for advancement may be required. No prior experience is required; come with dedication and a willingness to learn, and we will train you through classroom, online, and hands-on learning across sales, operations, blueprint reading, forklift

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included)

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
