Overview

ProSidian seeks a Leadership & Management Keynote/Guest Speaker | Leadership And Coaching [ESC1O140] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract basis. Location generally CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) across the South Central Region, supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent procurement practices.

We seek Leadership & Management Speakers Bureau candidates with Education and Academia sector experience (functional/technical area expertise ideal) to support professional services engagements for Education and Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role with potential conversion to a Full-Time W-2 position.

Job Overview

Provide services as a Leadership & Management Keynote/Guest Speaker in the Education and Academia industry, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Region One ESC. ProSidian Speakers Bureau delivers expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectives, empowering audiences through impactful communication by industry leaders, subject matter experts, and thought influencers across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events.

Speakers provide targeted content and insights in Business Leadership, Growth, Ethics, and Entrepreneurship/Coaching topics, collaborating with a Speakers Bureau as part of Leadership & Coaching. The role engages audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in the speaker area of expertise. Presentations are designed to educate and motivate, reinforcing key messages and aligning with event themes.

Entrepreneur speakers deliver compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. Presentations may cover Business Ethics, Growth, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship/Coaching to address principled decision-making, sustainable business expansion, and leadership in today’s environment.

Roles may involve hosted panels, breakout sessions, or collaborative programming, and may include brand-aligned mentorship or messaging pre- and post-event.

Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted content and insights for Leadership & Management topic areas, delivering value through education, inspiration, and energized participation.
  • Develop and deliver tailored keynote presentations aligned with event goals.
  • Translate leadership and management expertise into relatable, purpose-driven storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Speakers Bureau to deliver content across events and formats (keynotes, panels, breakouts).
  • Support engagement objectives and reinforce key messages in line with event themes.
Location and Assignment

The roles are located in the South Central Region, near CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual). Initial work site address (subject to change): 1801 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77592.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; practical or lived experience in the topic area highly regarded.
  • Current or previous role aligned with Leadership & Coaching activities driving qualifications as a Leadership & Management Keynote Speaker.
  • Recognized experience in public speaking, domain knowledge, and audience engagement; able to adapt tone/content across diverse settings.
