You’ll deliver great customer experiences, lead daily operations, grow sales and leadership by promoting memberships, and move toward the role of Assistant General Manager in a fast-growing, people-first company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with purpose, balancing speed, quality, and teamwork.
• Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships to grow sales.
• Work with an experienced General Manager to develop hands-on operational skills and leadership.
