Job summary

You will collaborate with faculty and leadership to align fundraising priorities, translate initiatives into donor-ready opportunities, and use CRM systems to monitor performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ year donor fundraising exp; 4+ years preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a donor portfolio with progression through the giving pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with attorneys, alumni, and donors.
• Experience using dashboards/CRM to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of leadership giving prospects and develop strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Use moves management to advance prospects toward higher giving levels.
• Conduct outreach—virtual, in-person, and events—to engage alumni, law firm partners, and other donors.
• Identify new prospects and collaborate with colleagues to move them into major gift portfolios.
• Design targeted fundraising campaigns and collaborate with marketing for donor-facing materials and proposals.
• Monitor fundraising performance against revenue metrics using CRM dashboards.
