Qualifications

• Must be able to work and commute to office.
• FINRA Licenses: Series 7 and 66.
• Proven sales management experience in financial services.
• Strong recruiting and advisor development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline recruiting to identify, attract, and engage qualified financial professionals.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and oversee reps as they grow into successful advisors.
• Set clear expectations around activity, pipeline, business strategy and case support.
• Provide ongoing support to advisors with a focus on long‑term success.
