Job summary

Boise Cascade is seeking a Management Associate (Trainee) for the Western Oregon Region in Medford and White City. The role offers on‑the‑job training, job shadowing with leadership, and rotations to develop leadership skills and prepare for future production roles.

Candidates should have a college degree or related experience, with five years in a lead or supervisor role in a plant environment. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a Lead or Supervisor role in a plant environment.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple work sites in Medford and White City, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing competency and career development assignments per the Management Trainee Plan.
• Engage in rotational assignments across three plants and the BIC department to gain operations insight.
• Job shadow plant leadership and act as Shift Supervisor as needed to build manufacturing leadership.
• Attend trainings with managers across multiple departments and participate in project work.
