NBH Bank is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership and professional skills for банков executives and staff.

The focus of this position is working with others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. In addition, this job involves assisting the associates with achieving performance goals and results which are aligned with the larger picture of the bank and its strategic goals.
There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including designing, developing and partnering with SMEs to create training programs and learning resources: instructor-led programs, computer-based training/eLearning; blended learning; course materials, learning resources, job aids, delivering and facilitating trainings, and evaluating training and learner effectiveness (levels 1 – 4).
There will be many different people to meet and work with in this role. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company’s clients, or all of the above. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company’s policies, programs, products and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships. Necessary feedback/corrections must be made in a constructive, supportive manner. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.
As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will be working with the Director of Training & Development, the Directors of Personal and Premier and Private Banking and Banking Center Leaders to train and improve upon the leadership and professional skills of BBCM’s and ABCM’s, so that those associates can deliver best in class performance support to all banking center associates.
In addition to partnering with leaders in Personal Banking, you will work directly with associates and the Training group to develop and/or improve their sales skills with clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including designing, developing and partnering with team members and partners in Business Banking, Residential Banking, Treasury Management, Finance and Training to create training and learning resources to include instructor-led programs, web-based training, as well as course material and job aids.
The Leadership Development Specialist will be expected to analyze the performance support skills of the BBCM’s and ABCM’s and report back to the Director of Training and Director of Personal Banking and Banking Center Leaders on results. You will also assist the Director of Training and Development and the Directors of Personal and Premier and Private Banking to develop career advancement and development paths for bankers. This will include bringing together resources around various career advancement tools such as NBH Academy, banker training, sales training, business banking training, and coaching in order to clearly define a career path for positions in Personal Banking.
All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
