Job summary

Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management seeks a Manager of Leadership Development Programs. You will oversee strategy, design, implementation and evaluation of leadership initiatives for 580 students and 13,000+ alumni, reporting to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget oversight, workshop delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with faculty and staff to foster student success and program innovation.

• Experience in talent management and leadership development.
• Ability to align program goals with organizational strategy.
• Demonstrated track record in program and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic goals for Leadership Development with the Exec Dir.
• Manage budgets and planning for LDP programs and projects.
• Deliver in-person and virtual workshops and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate marketing, podcasts, and internal communications.
• Partner with Career Management Center and student services for success.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement.
