  • Integrate work-based experiences, coaching, mentoring, feedback, assessments, peer learning, simulations, formal learning, and performance support into scalable development solutions.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, functional leaders, coaches, facilitators, and vendors to identify capability needs and activate high-impact development experiences.

  • Use data, participant feedback, and business outcomes to assess effectiveness, measure application, and continuously improve leadership experiences.

  • Leverage innovative learning approaches and responsible AI-enabled solutions to increase accessibility, personalization, engagement, and development impact across global audiences.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Deep knowledge of leadership development, adult learning, instructional design, organizational development, and talent development practices.

  • Experience developing both people leaders and leaders who create impact through expertise, influence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence leaders and build effective partnerships across a matrixed organization.

  • Systems-thinking capabilities that enable you to connect development experiences to broader leadership architecture, talent priorities, and business outcomes.

  • Expertise in designing inclusive, globally scalable learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences, work environments, and career pathways.

  • Strong project, implementation, and vendor management skills with the ability to balance quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Analytical and evidence-based decision-making capabilities with experience measuring leadership effectiveness, capability growth, and program impact.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to leverage emerging technologies, learning innovations, and responsible AI to enhance leadership development outcomes.
