Summary Of The Position

Second year MBA students are invited to apply for a Senior Associate position in our Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP is a rotational program designed to facilitate multi-disciplinary training and cultivate well-rounded real estate professionals. Senior Associates gain this experience through exposure to Tishman Speyer's core functional areas. Rotations can last anywhere from 12 months to 24 months and beyond. The program is based in New York with potential opportunities to spend time in several of our U.S. regional and international offices.

We anticipate that after 1-3 assignments, Senior Associates will continue to build expertise within a specific function or geography. Full-time assignments could include locations across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation

• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency, enhance work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation for this role is $160,000.
• This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
